Wendy Robbins

I practiced corporate finance and tax law for 26 years, both in BigLaw and as in-house counsel, structuring complex tax credit and debt funds with some of the largest institutional investors in the world. I closed over $2 billion in debt and equity financing. As in-house counsel to a syndication and investment management company, I managed legal and corporate compliance issues for all business groups. In 2021, I founded WTR Enterprises, focusing on professional well-being through executive coaching, speaking, and programming. I’ve lectured at Harvard, Boston University, and Boston College Law Schools and been featured by BBC Studios, NBC and Fox News. 

As Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Blakely Financial, I oversee the firm’s operations and ensure we’re running as efficiently and effectively as possible. I’m responsible for managing internal processes, supporting our team, and navigating legal matters to keep our business aligned with industry standards and best practices. My goal is to create a strong foundation that allows our advisors to focus fully on serving our clients. Every day, I’m committed to fostering a collaborative environment that supports both our team’s success and the long-term growth of our firm.
